Catering Buffet Selections
Classic Service includes: clear acrylic plastic plates, clear plastic flatware,
clear drinking cups and white paper napkins
China Service includes: real glass plates and drinking glasses, stainless flatware and linen napkins (white unless specified otherwise)

Prices include Tax and 20% service charge.Prices effective January 2010 and are subject to change.The 20% service charge includes delivery and set up for the event, service for (4) hours and clean up of our equipment.
This charge also includes gratuity for the staff. Additional hours will incur a labor charge of $15/hour/staff person.Items are pre-set with no additional fee.
Servers will serve guests as they come through the buffet line. Upon completion of food service, the staff will move into the dining area to pull plates and refill beverages.
The caterer will prepare To Go boxes for the bride and groom.
