A minimum of 25 guest is required for catering services.
Some rates include private security, decoration and linen color of your choice (40 colors to choose from, Oranganza sashs rent for $2 a piece Satin, $5, Overlays- Organza- 6.50 a piece, $10.00 satin, other fees may apply for extra services and extra linen).
Holidays have special rates and services inquire within. Monday-Thursday quotes do not include linen, private security, etc,please call and ask for information. Additional cost apply.
Church groups, schools and organizations who request special rates or discounts must provide tax exempt letter from IRS - Internal Revenue Service. Pioneer Event Ctr. honors tax exemption organizations within the State of Texas. Requirements for tax-exemption as defined by the state of Texas can be found at:

Professional Catering companies and Photographers pay 15% surcharge p/contract. This does not include liquor. 5% on all liquor sales, additional fees may apply, ask if interested.
Pioneer Event Center has applied for a liquor permit with TABC, however, contracts booked will still be able to bring in their own beverage.
